We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Platform Access and Use

4.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Wisdomex Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

5.1 Registration and Participation

Access to specific webinars may require separate registration and, in some cases, payment of applicable fees. Registration confirms your intent to participate but does not guarantee access if technical or capacity limitations arise.

5.2 Recording and Reproduction

You may not record, capture, screenshot, stream, or otherwise reproduce any live or recorded webinar content without the express prior written consent of Wisdomex Labs. Unauthorized reproduction of webinar content constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.3 Content Accuracy

Educational content provided through the platform is intended for informational purposes only. Wisdomex Labs does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content presented during webinars or made available on the platform.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Fees

Certain services on the platform are available for a fee. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount using your selected payment method.

6.2 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our current refund policy, which is available upon request or at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet applicable criteria.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wisdomex Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the platform.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
